Order and use.

Recar Touristic S.L. is a travel agency registered in Palma de Mallorca, which acts as an organizer and intermediary of tourist services, as well as hiring cars throughout Europe and the world. In this function Recar Touristic S.L. also mediates special tourist products to members of the Recar Club.

Recar emits, after receiving your membership petition and the payment of the annual fee, an official membership. This membership will be confirmed by an e-mail, indicating your membership number. Using this number, the member gets access to special offers exclusive to Recar Club members The duration of the membership will be for 12 months, starting from the day the payment of the membership fee has been received by Recar Touristic S.L.

Products and special services for Recar Club members.

The offer from Recar Touristic S.L. includes a great variety of travel products. For members of the Recar Club, these special offers have been united in a special webpage www.recarclub.com, which is accessible to members with special conditions. Besides good rates, we may also offer products which differ from the standard products. The offers are amended and updated continuously.

Application

All Recar Club members can, during their membership, use all the services and advantages offered by Recar Touristic S.L. The payment method for the services may vary depending on the type of service offered. Especially when buying flight and package holidays, the payment of the costs announced by the airline or tour operator, will take place directly between the customer and the airline or tour operator.

Payment will either take place via bankers order or via credit card payment to the member's credit card. The exact payment method will be communicated when the booking is being confirmed. The Recar Club member can settle up the services of Recar Touristic S.L. for third parties. This is always according to the Recar Club terms and conditions, and if the club member indicates his membership number and payment is made by him.

Demands and claims

All the reservations made for the services offered by Recar Touristic S.L., as well as the special Recar Club conditions, need to be booked by the member with the special booking form exposed in the web page of the Recar Club.

Every booking needs to be confirmed in writing by Recar Touristic S.L. with its respective documents. Without these documents the customer has no right toclaim the requested services. All services will always be applicable to the terms and conditions of the respective tour operator or service provider.

Validity

Recar Club membership has a validity of 12 months, starting at the moment Recar Touristic S.L. receives the membership fee. Recar Touristic S.L. may cancel the membership, due to important reasons, without fulfilling the annual period. In the event that the member does not cancel the membership at least 30 days prior to the end of the membership, this will be extended for another year. The valid membership fee will be charged to the members credit card.

Usage of the Recar Membership

The Recar Club membership is personal and not transferable. The membership number shall be indicated at the time of each reservation and when contacting customer service to use the advantages combined with the Recar Club.

Applicable Law

The general terms and conditions of Spanish travel agencies are applicable, as well as the published terms and conditions from Recar Touristic S.L., the latest version. If a dispute action arises regarding the interpretation or execution of this present contract, both parties hereto, shall be submitted for resolution to the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca/ Spain, hereby renouncing their own jurisdictions.

Discounted prices

RECAR offers discounted prices to members of the Recardo Club. Certain promotion campaigns might offer discounts to non-members. If not otherwise explicitly stated, two seperate discounts cannot be added up and deducted from the published rates.

All Recar Club discounts are only applicable for reservations made by Recar Club members if the respective Recar Club terms are fully observed.

All reservations at discounted prices will be charged and collected simultaneously with the confirmation of the reservation to the member.

Commissions

RECAR will pay out commissions to any member of the Recar Club on reservations for car rentals on the 15th day of every second month after the reservation has terminated. The commission is always based on the net car rental amount invoiced and collected by RECAR, not including any accessories and/or extra services.

Only reservations which were correctly claimed and used are qualified for commission payment. The commission can be paid out to the member who has made the reservation.

The member, upon requesting it can be paid due commissions by bank transfer on the 15th of the related month covering the amount for the month in question (subject to minimum transfer of 50.- Euros. Alternatively the amount can be used as a compensation for any kind of travel product (except flights) that RECAR offers.
